Applying for Leadership

Leadership begins with understanding how students can contribute, represent others and positively influence the experiences of those around them. This full-day workshop prepares your Grade 5 students to approach the leadership application process with confidence and purpose.​​​​​​

Through engaging activities and guided reflection, students explore what effective leadership looks like, recognise their individual strengths and develop a clearer understanding of the responsibilities that come with a student leadership role.

Students also receive a personalised Leadership Booklet to support them as they reflect on their strengths, prepare their application and communicate how they hope to contribute as a

student leader.
