Proudly Partnering with Primary Schools

For more than 12 years, we've had the privilege of working alongside primary schools to strengthen House Communities, develop authentic student leadership and create meaningful opportunities for children to participate, receive, contribute and positively influence others.

Here's one school's story.

Glenroy Central Primary School partnered with Our House Spirit for two years to strengthen its House Community and develop purposeful, confident student leaders.

What makes their story so powerful is what happened next. The school embedded the approach into everyday practice, and years later, their House Community continues to thrive - with student-led House Spirit Days bringing students together across the school.

What began through the original program has continued well beyond it. Students have developed leadership skills, stronger connections and a sense of contribution to their community, while the school has built an approach that continues to grow and evolve.

Glenroy Central shows what is possible when House experiences become part of the culture of a school - creating a foundation that can continue long after a program has finished.

Our House Spirit program has had a noticeably positive impact on our students and the wider school community during recent years.
