Strengthening House identity through shared experiences
Our House Bag Tags give students a fun, hand-on way to create something that represents their House and becomes part of their everyday school life.
Using their House colours, students create their own personalised House Bag Tag to attach to their school bag. The activity provides an opportunity for students to connect with their House identity, participate alongside others and create something they can proudly carry with them throughout the school year.
House Bag Tags can be made as a whole-school House activity, within individual House groups, as a Foundation welcome-to-House activity, or as part of a special House event. They are particularly effective when student leaders are involved in introducing or facilitating the activity, giving leaders another meaningful opportunity to positively influence the experiences of others.
Everything you need to bring the activity to life
House Bag Tags are available to purchase through the House Library in ready-to-use Activity Packs, customised to your school's House names and colours. Each pack also includes access to a step-by-step video tutorial that students can follow as they create their Bag Tags, making the activity simple for schools to organise and deliver.
