From there, we develop a customised House Building Plan to guide your School Year Membership - creating meaningful opportunities across the year for children to participate, contribute,

connect and lead.

Across four onsite workshops, we work alongside your student leadership team to build their confidence, capability and sense of purpose. Students develop practical leadership skills while helping to shape experiences that engage, connect and positively influence their wider

school community.
