BUILD A PURPOSEFUL STUDENT LEADERSHIP TEAM
Our full-day Student Leadership Intensive workshop gives newly appointed student leaders the confidence, skills and sense of purpose they need to make a meaningful contribution throughout the school year.
Working together, students explore leadership as an opportunity to contribute and positively influence the experiences of others. They strengthen their communication and teamwork skills and develop practical ways to actively engage, include and connect students across their Houses and wider
school community.
Guided by the Our House Spirit team, student leaders generate ideas, develop action plans and create a House calendar that provides meaningful opportunities for students to participate and contribute throughout the year.
Students leave with a clear sense of direction, practical tools and shared goals for their leadership team, supported by our Leadership Tool Kit to help them turn their ideas into action throughout the school year.
